The hotel organised our lift passes and ski hire before we got there. They also booked restaurants for us which was really helpful. They allowed us to have a late check out. Everyone was very friendly and we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it was extremely romantic, based in a lovely area, lots of restaurants nearby, the hotels staff were extremely friendly and helpful speaking both English and French fluently. The restaurant was booked up when we stayed at the hotel (plus it was a little out of our price range) so the staff recommended some local restaurants.

Wonderful espresso machine in the room and hot milk provided by the staff.
The room was spacious, the bed luxurious . A lovely coveted balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view.

The service was exemplary apart from the last evening when they had suddenly got busy and were struggling to cope. The location right by the slopes is perfect, room very luxurious and the pool and wellness area all to a very high standard.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a junior suite which was quite spacious but wardrobe space very limited - could be a problem with all of your ski kit. Lovely bathroom
