The rooms are so much fun, with quirky decor and artwork everywhere. You can look across Regency Square from the bath in the French themed room, and across to the sea next to the square from the huge windows. The staff are more than just friendly and welcoming- they seem to be having fun and also make great cocktails. Delicious cooked breakfasts. Have stayed here before, years ago, and the rooms have all been refreshed with new themes.

It’s a cute B&B place , very unique and great vibe. But remember this is an old building, you can hear other guests upstairs and outside noise. Also rooms can be hot - could the hotel put fans in the room?
Breakfast was great , good choice and locally sourced where possible. Staff were fantastic . Would stay again !

Staff absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was amazing we had a beautiful Bloody Mary with it and wow the best Bloody Mary we have ever had.

Perfectly located for a good selection of local restaurants, bars and shops but far enough away from the carnage of the clubs (at kicking out time) to be peaceful at night. Wow what a hotel. Can not fault it in any way. Decor was superb, staff were amazing, one of the best customer sevices i have experienced. Room was spectacular, decor, comfort, amenities, 10/10. Excellent location. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Brighton.

As soon as I arrived, I felt at home. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Worth the stay just for the cool decor alone. Breakfast was lovely. Perfect!!
I shall definitely stay again when next in Brighton.

I was very satisfied with the cute room, traditional elevator, hotel staff with family-like hospitality, and wonderful scenery. It was great to be able to experience how British people cherish old buildings.

Awesome room( Tropical) loved the working record player and vinyl! Could link to BT too.
Nice shower, bed fairly comfy.
Only real issue was no space to put folded clothes. A small
hanging area though. Staff were super friendly!
