What a beautiful hotel and even though we only stayed for one night the stay was flawless. They held our luggage for us and the room was amazing we especially loved the tub and the bed was very comfortable.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel!! Did not know what to expect as i was not familiar with this brand. We paid half price of what other chain luxury hotels were priced at for the same nights and got a huge 2 bedroom appartment with outdoor patio/balcony instead of a tiny room! It was quet, clean and very spacious. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of closets. 2 bathrooms made getting ready a lot more convenient too. Kitchen was fully staffed. Perfect location - walkable to all dining and entertainment!

This is our family’s second visit to Xoma. It did not disappoint. The hotel has maintained its excellent service as well as the property has maintained its beauty. I can not tell you enough how much we enjoy not only the hotel itself but the location. So many great surrounding restaurants and boutiques. The weather of course is excellent so our ability to enjoy the rooftop pool and outdoor patio is a bonus to the trip of visiting such an excellent city.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel incredibly welcome and attended to. The space itself was spacious and exceeded all our expectations, comfortably accommodating our entire family. This was truly one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel. The property was stunning. The room was out of this world. And the staff and service were some of the best we’ve experienced from our travels around the world. I cannot speak more highly of this property and its staff.

Xoma by Viadora was a fantastic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and clean. They look exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a neighborhood that has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and a cute little park nearby. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the hotel. They have a fantastic restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool/rooftop area has a beautiful view of the city and they offer a free small breakfast every morning. I will be staying here on future visits and I am going to recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

The bellman was amazingly friendly and the rooftop and interiors were spotless. The whole place is well-maintained and there's even a convenient restaurant downstairs, with super nice staff. Definitely worth checking out!

We stayed as a family of four in the two bedroom apartment. It was a fantastic experience the whole time. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. The rooftop was a very cool place to relax and see the city. My kids swam in the pool a couple times while we enjoyed happy hour with a view. The apartment was spacious, clean and a safe, comfortable place to relax any time of day. I highly recommend Xoma and hope to return for another wonderful vacation.

We came to CDMX for a girls’ trip and the XOMA was perfect! We stayed in a Luxe apartment, which was perfect for 5 of us. The area is close to lots of eating and shopping in Roma Norte. We felt very safe. The rooftop was great to hang out and the complimentary morning breakfast was very convenient!! Highly recommend.
