The reception have a great staff, friendly people and very helpful, that’s absolutely awesome, I found some rubbish at my room like a plastic package of a different types of stuff, that was absolutely disgusting, toilet was ok but the didn’t clean and was piss over, next day mistakenly people from cleaning take my personal belongings to a reception when I’m not been check out yet.

I was expecting more from the price of the stay. The room had no microwave available, and only a small fridge. Upon checking in it took forever because the clerk was helping a not so friendly guest. The elevators took forever to work. Not what I expected for a stay that was $$$.

We had a nice time and not too many cons. The only downside is the shower had some hair and dust on the ledge at the bottom. Finding the light for the bathroom was a chore. Also the mattress was pretty firm so woke up sore. Enjoyed the balcony and view of the square. Staff were pleasant and welcoming!

THIS WAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! It said there was a pool and hot tube , we checked in relaxed for a few hours…. Then wanted to take a swim, also had a friend come by with her bathing suit on but there wasNO POOL OR HOT TUB!!!!!!!!!!! I had already been there for about 5 hours and WAS VERY UPSET THERE WAS NO POOL!!!! It was FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY SHE IS ON AUTISM SPECTRUM & this was what she wanted FOR HER BIRTHDAY!!!!! But it was TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING!!!! They haven’t had a pool in over a year or more!!!🙈😡😡😡😡

The hotel was in a premier spot that was in close proximity to my son’s baseball tournament and made traveling to and from very convenient. We really enjoyed the hotel, the amenities and the restaurant for early morning breakfast to start the day. The hotel was clean, nice layout in the room and enjoyed the walk in shower without a tub (so beneficial).

Love this hotel and love staying here. The staff member at checkin was incredibly kind and professional. The only thing I disliked was how vastly different the price for the room was versus what was shown when I booked through Expedia. However this may not have been the hotel's fault! I would just prefer more open disclosure on pricing when booking a room. I will still be staying at this hotel again and again.
