Loved the area, very close to shops and restaurants. Felt safe at all times. My husband enjoyed the hammocks and sitting our on the balcony :). Make sure you read correctly as I did not and originally got a shared bathroom room then had to upgrade my room.

Very comfortable and safe place. Decided to add 3 more nights to my trip here. Music around is loud but I don’t mind it. Just make sure you READ they offer SHARED bathrooms and I upgraded to private bathroom.

only stay here if you like Senior Frog & will be out partying; it’s surrounded by noisy clubs, but close to beach & on the main pedestrian drag. property is lovely but rooms often only face inner hallways so no privacy. Rooms barely bigger than the bed.

Nice little quaint hotel, great location in middle of strip. Only detractor was the booming bass music coming from Senor Frogs bar, from 6 or 7 to 2am. Impossible to sleep.

Good location but the important amenities are gone. I was a client for 6 years but this is my last year. Free breakfast is history, free parking is history and to top things off our sheets were sprinkled with human hair in several places.

I toke a room with shared restroom and bathroom was my mistake the room was the smallest I ever been in and the price was low but I would pay extra to go to a burlap place

Beautiful little place. Great location. You can hear the party around but it stops at certain point. It needs maintenance but is what you get for the price. Overall great!

I did not like shared restrooms. small rooms, no electrical outlets, no towels, no clean floor. just plain inconvenient.

The location of this place is the best! It is an old building very traditional and simple modest construction. We had to be moved to a different room as the first one had water leaking and ceiling was falling, but manager was very nice. You will not find a better place for the price! We had so much fun and really did not stay at the hotel at all, just to sleep and shower very late at night! Too many things to do outside 😜

The pool was empty and was being worked on. The electricity didn't work during most of our stay, which meant no water either so you couldn't use the toilet (as people used it and didn't flush). The place itself is cute and has potential but they should have been clear about the situation there

This was the fourth time that we stayed here. It's not a five star chain resort but that isn't what we want. This is in the heart of everything. Close to the beach. On the corner of Fifth Avenue. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast is included. Perfect setup

Nice courtyard, but not recommended to stay in the rooms with shared bathroom. The bathrooms are not cleaned well enough by the staff. Bring earplugs, as a rock concert goes on in a restaurant 100 meters from the hotel.

The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and lady who cooked it, she was really friendly and helpful. Santiago was also a nice guy. Mr Francisco was the most rude person ever! He pretty much told me to call hotels . Com to cancel and to find myself another place at 1030pm when they had no record of my reservation.
