Modern 5 star hotel on par with similar properties in NY, Paris, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong or Bangkok. Superb breakfast and lounge, both inc@Executive level. Spa, pool & fitness all first rate and kept extremely clean, as was all facilities in building. Attentive staff, many of whom in lobby remembered guests' names and taxi destinations. Will return for future visits. Located in modern part of city a bit away from the downtown center, but many restaurants & shops nearby.

I like the lobby and furniture of the room, I don’t like room service Response , I called them several times to order breakfast but no answers . For the lobby bar , I like the comfort of the seating area but I don’t like the coffee blend, 5 stars hotel like this should use a high quality coffee like ( illy or Lavazza).

Living in Ankara, this was a lovely little extended break for my girlfriend and I for victory day weekend. We stayed from 29th-31st (two separate bookings) and overall it was great. The facilities on offer, the room (Junior Suite) and overall the hotel - were first class. However, the steak restaurant was underwhelming and would definitely deter me from staying again. My steak was both undercooked (rare instead of medium rare) and having ordered a 14oz Rib eye, expected a premium steak. However, the steak was full of fat throughout and the overall quality - was very poor. I raised my concern with the waiter, who took it away to be replaced. However, what came back, was a completely different (and much cheaper, lower quality steak) that was round and had a hole in it. Visibly different, I realised the difference immediately. However, I didn't want to cause a fuss, I just wanted to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend. I expected perhaps a deduction or to be charged for the second (different) steak. However, I was fully charged for 2 Rib eyes. Again, I wasn't going to argue, but the first steak was low quality and fatty, and the second was more like a burger than a 14oz rib eye - so overall, being charged full price for both, I thought it was ridiculous. No apologies from the chef or waiting staff compiled the underwhelming experience. Hotel and Staff in general, were excellent. But definitely let down by the experience in the steak house.

they do thing thin thay say it not free of charge every time i give my car to the valet and no one told me it for charge till i make my checkout and for swimming pool thay told me u have to bay a hear cap or u can't use the swimming pools

The staff was helpful and kind. They heard my requests and attended nicely. The room was new and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shaving foam was ready in the bathroom and I appreciated that.

This is a great 5 star hotel in Ankara. Location is very good close to shopping and restaurants and only few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and modern bathroom and they are sufficiently big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest problem for me was actually finding the entrance of the hotel. There is construction around the hotel and the entrance is lost. There were no street signs showing the entrance either. I had to circle around a couple times before finding the entrance.. The other problem for me is they charge for wifi. I think wifi is as essential as having pillows in the room so I don't like when hotels charge for it as a means of "nickle and dime" the customers.

They are not allowing kids to all spa section; swimmimg pool was cool and my kids got bored. One of pool workers asked my kids if swimming pool was a game center. I found this question was very rude.

Even though the national football team were staying the same night, the hotel manage to cope with accommodation there normal guest with great style. Steak house is one of the best, but what made the trip was listening to Gabrielle Jeanselme singing and playing the piano at the Sky Vue Bar.

Just a nice hotel. Ankara is not the cleanest of cities but this place is amazing. The breakfast is worth the 51TL everyday.

Excellent service, cleanliness & comfort,you cannot expect more than they provided.it's location is little not convenice for me but overall it is rated as excellence.
