The location is good. Otherwise the accommodation is mostly average with some thoughtful touches. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice. What is unacceptable is that we were told the water from the bathroom tap is unfit for drinking, but were also told we had to pay for water, other than the first complimentary bottle. We were staying for two nights.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Ayrlington, it is perfectly located close to the city centre but in a quiet area, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming and our room (Tulip) was large and comfortable. Both the room and communal areas were beautifully decorated and breakfast was delicious with friendly service. We will definitely stay again!

Easy to find this beautiful property andmpark. Quick walk to the shops and to walk the canaal path. Staff very friendly and helpful.

First time that I have stopped at this individual hotel, and it was very friendly, an offer of a local map of Bath was great. Its good to stop in a 'local hotel' where opening the door to a room was a surprise unlike the generic chain hotels

Lovely 2 night stay at hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Parking was a bit tricky but we were grateful that it was there. Thank you

The reception staff, Bianca in particular, were so helpful with all aspects of our stay including carrying our bags up the stairs, suggesting places to go and walk to, assisting with parking and lovely breakfasts. We loved our stay!

Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast, and gluten and lactose intolerances catered for. Great bathroom and room decor. But the bedroom carpet was a bit tired and the mattress felt a bit saggy.

The property is in a great location, very walkable to any location. It felt safe. The rooms were of a good size and the bathrooms clean and updated.

Attractive, comfortable hotel. Very friendly and competent staff. Large room. Modern, marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely breakfast room with a view of the garden and nice breakfast. Room was quiet despite being in the front of the hotel on a busy street.

The Arylington is conveniently located allowing us to walk to the Roman Baths and the Abbey within 10 minutes, the general walk about town was enjoyable for discovering beautiful parks, shops, and restaurants. The staff at the Arylington were very friendly and polite and knowledgeable. The property gardens were immaculately maintained, tranquil and offered a slightly obstructed view of the Bath Abbey and the rugby pitch. We stayed in the ‘Chinese Room’ it was very clean and spacious, we loved the decor and big bright windows. Breakfast was extra but offered a great selection of delicious dishes. We’d stay again!
