nice layout.
seemed like the room could do with airing out..but that is being picky.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, there are good free facilities such as bbq area, tennis courts, pool and spa. There is also a small play area for children.
We would stay again.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many motels, but Village Resort Taupo stands out as one of the best. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is superb - it's just a 2-minute walk across the road to the lake, yet the motel itself is very quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds at the lakeside. I will absolutely be returning to stay there on my next visit to Taupo.

Beautiful large apartment, immaculately clean and spacious, a lot larger than expected. Great for family holidays, the apartment we had could easily accommodate 6 people with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets & a huge dining/lounge kitchen area. Quite large resort with pool, tennis courts, bbq area etc
