We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus.
While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. There was a roadworks project outside but they weren’t noisy during our stay.
My only gripe is that the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but overall I would thoroughly recommend Q Square as a pleasant and very convenient place to stay. It’s a short walk from the station, the shops and many of the sights.
Tip - Take a taxi or a bus to the marina and walk the easy path under the white chalk cliffs and have lunch at Samphire at Salt Dean.

The accommodation was really clean, we received complimentary room upgrade and they satisfy all our requirements.
Communication was spot on throughout, excellent location and very close to train station and numerous bus stops.

Excellent, convenient base for a family break in Brighton. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location.

Rented the 1 bedroom studio, I was able to request a cot for my little one which was free ! Lovely decoration, easy access and right in front of the shopping center, we will definitely be back

We had a lovely stay at a reasonable price modern and clean close to so many shops especially if you love a jewellers, would definitely go back.

Next time I visit Brighton this will definately be where I stay. Amazing location and felt like it was new, perhaps it was !? Couldn’t have asked for more, even a small bottle of fresh milk for tea in the fridge.

Could be perfect if the sofa was larger and more comfortable.
The bed and pillows just adequate, not up to the standard of premier inn.
Currently building work in the square is a bit of a nuisance.

Lady on reception when we arrived was incredibly miserable and again on check out!
Apartment was lovely, amazing shower and incredibly clean.
Only downside was the seagulls in the morning and the building works on street.
Would recommend and stay again

Registration pre arrival was actually genuinely time saving and mean that on arrival I was able to get to my room in minutes.
The apartment was stylish and very clean, with lovely touches such as fresh milk and a bottle of water chilling in the fridge. A comfortable bed. And very quiet.

Nice clean apartment, nice staff, close to the shopping center, The Lanes, the beach. Only 12 minutes walk to the railway station and the trains to Gatwick!

It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side)
The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony.
It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!!
It is well equipped.. Like iron, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc.
No one cleans though whilst we were there.. 3 nights.
Pleasant staff... The best is.. In dirty Brighton there is a modern, ultra clean place.. Sleek and trendy at a price that is affordable..
It is near the shopping centre and 7 dials anx looks out to the sea (overthe roof tops and if one faces that way with the balcony) . I would have loved a bath... But the shower was lovely.

Apartment was clean and recently renovated. Location was good. Parking was in a public parking facility located a few minutes walk from the accomodation. Roadworks and one way streets made this an inconvenient experience.
