Blown away by this hotel, it’s unique opulent decor and the amazing customer service. There are only 11 rooms in the hotel and the staff knows everyone by name. They bent over backwards to find us dining reservations and even a charter boat with the best captain ever. This is Ritz Carlton style service.
We had room number 3 and it had a terrace with a seating area and an outdoor “bed”. Bathroom had a deep tiled sunken tub, double sinks and a huge tiled shower with a rain style head.
Breakfast was included with our stay and there was a lovely fresh buffet plus made to order omelets, pancakes etc.
It is adults only and mostly couples but I went with my 20 something son and he enjoyed it as well.
I would recommend this to even my pickiest travel pal!

At least on Expedia there seems to be descriptive words "inflation" What was sold as a "deluxe suite" was a TINY back of the house, not really a Jr suite except for SMALL 2 seat sofa with 2 tiny tables jammed against it. Nicely maintained but very poorly lit - take extra light for in bed reading. But besides room size - which hardly in - staff, breakfast, location, all lovely.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel. Its Moroccan design gave it an almost sultry feel. The rooms are perfectly appointed with a large king bed, an even larger bathroom, and a TV in the mirror! Our room had thick, heavy velvet curtains that completely shut out any trace of light – it was the best sleep of my life. There's no pool on the premises, but they do have a sister hotel just down the street which has a rooftop pool. Go early to get the most out of the sun and beautiful views. In all, it was a warm, inviting place to recharge after long days spent soaking in all that Palma had to offer.

What a beautiful hotel!! Service was great. The bed was super comfy and made a change from the usual two singles pushed together. The bathroom was incredible with a huge hamman bath. Just get rid of your glass bottle amenities as it was a problem when it smashed in the shower! Otherwise a pe
