The room looked clean but our socks showed otherwise. No water pressure in the shower and it fluctuated between hot and cold, hot and cold pretty quickly. Staff seemed friendly and were very accommodating for a late check-in. Large spacious room but could hear every footstep and chair move upstairs. Great location, close to so much stuff to do.

The stay was great and the place is near walking distance to two great places to eat and the 7 mile bridge !! Visit to pigeon Keys was great !!

Although a lot of construction/renovation of the property this time of year, It was still my favorite place to stay while visiting the keys

My family and i rented 4 apartments in this property for a weekend,To go fishing. We come every two months to the keys. The room was disgusting. The bathroom shower entrances were so tiny my mom did not fit through the door, this room should not be rented to no-one it has no conditions. They charge me for the boat to be in the marine in the water, and then they call me back to tell me there was no space for the boat and they didn't gave me my money back. We will never come back to this hotel.

Very nice place. We stayed in the snapper condo and it was great except that there was a sliding door to the porch room and the threshold is very much a trip hazard... other than that it was great. We also did the free paddle boards. That was great for the most part but make sure they are plugged properly. We had one swamp on us because it wasn't. Not dangerous but a pain.

The rooms were nice and they come with a small kitchen and large fridge was great. Water accessibility and pool was really convenient. Overall it great stay.

Stayed in Great White apartment. Very nicely renovated. It was clean. Good for a family with kids. Can save money and have groceries and prepare some meals and have snacks. Decent outdoor area … nice hammock .

It was a great place to stay! By the water, restaurant right beside us, Starbucks also there for coffee lovers, a gas station across the street. It’s was a great stay, clean room, a lot of towels, great shower. Also, the room came with cups, plates and utensils in case you need any. Refrigerator and freezer pretty big to fit enough!

Pros: TV, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, clean, excellent AC, free bike/kayak/paddleboard rental.
Cons: noisy (shared door with neighboring apartment), small, associated grill and minigolf relatively expensive, small pool.

We stayed at Captain Pips for two days while we traveled to Islamorada and Key West. Having a restaurant right next door is a tremendous convenience and the food was decent. The staff was nice in the check in building. Our room was a bit rough around the edges. One of our outlets was missing a cover and had exposed wiring, the walls and floors were lifted or pulling away from the wall in some areas. The bed was very comfortable despite the blinds above the bed not blocking much of the sunlight. Overall an okay experience, the rooms seem to be converted from small houses or condos into individual rooms.
