Loved the staff, everyone at the Holiday Inn Isla location are incredible friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The area is very walkable many great restaurants and shopping near by. Also very close to Barra Vieja beautiful beaches.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Acapulco!

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff super friendly. Neighborhood very ugly. They announce it Holiday Inn “La Isla” which is a nice shopping center, but the hotel is located far away from it. It is in a very ugly neighborhood.

I asked for a late check out hoping to sleep in and 6 people from the hotel came knocking on my door to ask when was I leaving. Not to mention 3 calls

Great property off the beach, but in the middle of everything. great service and well managed. they have meeting rooms to boot.

Recommend getting Covid test done at airport if traveling international after stay. The hospital/nurse they use was late and the hotel charges an extra cut for the service which front desk never told me about! Airport is half the price and you get results in 30 minutes!

Desk and staff are super friendly, room service will make anything you ask for and the place is so clean and respect. We stayed there with an entire 12 year old soccer team for 7 days and the hotel even changed their hours of the pool for us. Will definitely stay there again.
