Amazing location, views and facilities. Staff are friendly and support.
Reservation for restaurants is tricky, even though we were told they were fully booked, we could see empty tables… didn’t quite understand how that system works. Besides that, we had an amazing time!

Best vacation—Very clean, comfortable and friendly/knowledgable staff!! My favorite thing about this place was the food—many cuisine options available (24/7) and all are 1st class!! We will likely return next year—A !!!

Loved this resort, great for families. Everyone was very nice and there are many activities here for people of all ages and backgrounds. The property itself is gorgeous and when I went in May there were plenty of umbrellas on the beach. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was making dinner reservations for the evening meals. I stayed 2 nights and neither night had any openings. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made reservations 1 week ago prior to arrival. A simple email or message from guest services about making these bookings ahead of time would have been sufficient.

Take the boating excursion to Blue Lagoon. Not so much for the Lagoon but the beautiful caves and cliffs and pristine waters. We were also lucky to spot both white and black mountain goats. Also see lots of pirate ship excursions that makes for good pictures. The guides are great too.

The hotel facilities are very good but the rooms looks like 3 star hotel and needs refurbishment.
The towels are so old.
The main restaurants were excellent but other restaurants were all reserved.

The hotel was nice and peaceful and gave zen vibes. The staff were nice and friendly and spoke english well, but under staffed, they were constantly in a rush. As a restaurant in Turkey, I expected chai at every drink station for example, the bar’s. Was denied tea a few times and told to get it myself from other areas. I came in with my husband and baby and check in was nice and quick which is important as a mother was a baby. Provided with a crib and essentials for baby which was great. My baby ended up getting quite sick while we stayed at this hotel so we checked out early and they still charged us for the rest of our stay. Food was great, lots of option. Pools were clean. Tub in the room is hard to get out of and i slipped each time even though there is a non slip mat because the tub is placed higher than the floor itself. Restaurants were all booked so we didn't get to dine at any of them and some you have to pay for even though the hotel is “all inclusive.” You have to pay 80 euros to book cabanas for the day but yes i would stay again if i were back in Turkey in the future

Nice spacious room, spotless clean, very delicious and variety of food and beverages, friendly and fast service...what else would you ask for? I also liked how they separated the adult only and kids/family sections. All in all it was a perfect holiday! thank you Blue Sensatory team!!

Its a huge hotel with relaxing feel .. The only thing is that Its full of kids and families and I was there on a business trip so I would com back with my family
