This was in a very good location in Como right next to the funicular. If you stay there and need a quieter sleep, ask for room on lake side. Instead, staying on street side means cars, motorcyles, and trash trucks in their 1st and 2nd gears coming round the corner. There's hardly any traffic after 10pm-7am though. Views would be lake side 2nd floor only-- it's a walk up. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice. Room was classically small. I suggest they consider providing an in-room coffeemaker but it is available in restaurant for 2E a cup as we did not participate in the breakfast option.

I booked a hotel on the water with a restaurant and my room was down the street, across the street and in the back of a building. It was depressing and dingy.

Khiara and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is located right on the water in a great part of Como. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Staff are great. There is a restaurant attached, food is very good for dinner. Highly recommend the steak and pasta dishes.
Breakfast is typical European style, fruits, yogurt, fresh fruit juice and breakfast breads.
It is less than 4 minute walk to the ferry dock and two minutes to private boats.

The location of the hotel is excellent walking distance to the center of Como and Finucular We had arrived earlier than check-in time but the room got been ready before check-in time The staff were so polite, friendly and helpful Our room was very clean and facilities are great There was decent size of hair dryer and safe locker
Breakfast was great and food in the hotel’s restaurant is so delicious
We enjoyed our stay here in this wonderful hotel We will come back in the future Thanks

The view of the lake was spectacular! GREAT location. Close to everything. Service was excellent in hotel and restaurant. Our only complaint is that the bed was so hard you literally could not sleep...actually the worst that I've ever slept in. It would be a wonderful place to stay if they would upgrade the mattress. The room is really small but no problem if you do not plan on spending much time in it.

It had a great view of Lago di Como, but the AC in the room was not adequate for the high outside temperatures.
The room overall was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, but my husband was unable to sleep because of the extreme heat.
