A beautiful design hotel located very centrally. Kind staff. However, you could not order anything at the pool until 12am, not even a coffee. I havent experienced this at other hotels. Despite quite new hotel, the furniture in our room was a bit worn out and for some reason night service was only provided on our first night and not the others, which we found quite strange.
Otherwise great bar, the drinks were amazing.

I loved this hotel. Great location. The staff was wonderful. Pool area was beautiful with a great view. Breakfast was perfect. Would definitely go back.

1- 30mn to check in
2- AC not working had to call 2 times for technician vainly, first night spent without AC
3- second day they decided to
Change the room, it took them
From 10am to 3pm to sort a room & moved us to a handicap room where no coaches exist, mirrors tilted & no door for bathroom !!!
4- walk up at 4am to 30 minutes of people running in staircase and shouting in next room… had to call security
5- espresso machine not working
6- WiFi not working for 2 days !!
Hotel doesn’t deserve a 5 stars hotel and is a rip off!

The Edition itself is great, hanging out by the pool was fun with very helpful staff. I had an issue with one of the receptionists which I will take up separately

Beautiful hotel!! We were so impressed by the staff, by how clean, beautiful, and inviting the space was. It was truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, spacious, super comfortable. Shower was amazing!! Staff were super helpful. And the location was central to everything: always a 5-10 min walk to all major sites. We will definitely return here if we visit Madrid again.

Stunning hotel with excellent service and a great location.
I had an issue and it was resolved immediately by César and his team. It's easy to judge hotels when things are fine, but I was even more impressed with how they pro-actively handled my situation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lots of local coffee shops and restaurants very nearby. Great rooftop pool area to chill out and get some sun. Rooms are well equipped. TV channel coverage could be improved, only a couple of English-speaking channels and no sports coverage of major events such as Rugby World Cup or Solheim Cup.

My best friend and I tragically had both of our husbands die within 12 hours of each other. Then the Moroccan earthquake hit just weeks later so we were forced to cancel our trip. This hotel would not refund our money for one night stay. Extremely heartless.
