Dirty. Bugs in room. No staff around, waited over 10 minutes to check out and had a line of three people behind me. I ended up just leaving a note. Breakfast was ok

Staff were very friendly, facility was clean, breakfast was nice and room was lovely. We went down to grab coffee on way out and although it was too early for breakfast the staff prepared early for us to eat quick before a long day of travel.

The two hosts that checked us in were very friendly and welcoming. Nice room clean bed was comfortable

The employees were very pleasant, and they even explained how they were handling that their computers were down.

Wife and I needed a place to stay overnight while traveling to see family. Hotels.com found this for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room had just been renovated a month ago. It was great!

We loved the table in the lobby that allowed us to play board games. The staff was extremely friendly. My kids had to say goodbye to our favorite staff member (I am sorry that i am bad at names she deserved a shout out).
If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.
