Beautiful hotel. Staff was very helpful and room was comfortable. The shower is the only area I had a problem with. If you are from the U.S.- shower will seem a bit tricky because it's just a hand sprayer. The water can go everywhere ( and I mean everywhere).(Just a word of caution for those more used to an overhead shower feature.)

very convenient location. and the two-room suite was very spacious but the hotel and room in general felt very dated, old wall to wall carpet, bathrooms could use an update, and beds and sofa not bad but not super comfortable for the price point.

The hotel is well situated, a few metres from a tram stop. Check in was smooth and friendly. The room was spacious, however unbearably hot. There was a conference being held that took over the facilities of the hotel. The restaurant was unavailable because of this and there was limited choice of food and seating in the bar. The food we had was poor quality.

The safe was friendly and very helpful. Also they helped with finding the Christmas markets.

Good hotel. City centre is a 10 minutes tram from there. Station was 4 mins walk. Nothing much around the area but 10 minutes tram and you will reach to the happening area. Air condition was not working in our room but they gave us an update to suite. We asked for a favor to extend check out time which got rejected and said they were full.

Friendly professional staff, lovely spacious room. Comfortable bed, easy access to the whole city. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Location is good , breakfast okay , room which i upgraded and paid extra charge is okay i was expecting more quality and heating is hit and miss its by air con which doesnt heat very well , bathroom is good with nice bath however i requested ground floor or second floor room and was placed on 8th floor and not willing to change even though i requested this 2 months ago overall the best thing about the hotel is location its not too far to walk into centre

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Only a 25 minute walk into the centre and a 2 minute walk to Belvedere palace and gardens. Will be returning.

It’s very nice for my trip with nice city and park view.
The room F739 with balcony was immaculate.

Incredible hotel with modern furnishings. So close to tram stop which makes going into the city very easy! So comfortable, would 10000% recommend!

We were upgraded and room was ultra quiet. Room and bathroom were very spacious and everything we wanted. Hotel had thought of everything. Bed was very comfortable with choice of pillows and it was lovely to have a corner sofa.

Overall great value, good location (albeit lacks food options) but close to belvedere garden, the basic room lacks any type of view but good size and cleanliness. Overall great option especially if you are going to take the train since it's quite close to the train station and also downtown.

Christian the on duty manager was amazing. One of the best hotels (especially the bathroom). Quick responsive friendly service for everything we asked for.

Great hotel next to the Belvedere. Clean and spacious rooms. Location is convenient and walkable to the inner stadt . Would definitely stay there again when in Vienna.
