The room and bathroom were excellent: very clean, with generous space, comfortable bed and modern decor. The location was great too: the University and some other city attractions are within walking distance, as well as public transit.

Location was not exactly nearer to any tram /subway station. now new subway station is being built. after the completion of the same it may be more convenient.

for the 4 star rating, the room we were given was ordinary. we specifically asked whether the room had any view. The lady at the reception assured us that. unfortunately, we were very disappointed. we requested for a change of room. they did change the room next day by 12 noon. however, they charged us extra Euro 50 per night. staff at reception are to be trained for a little more pleasing manners as this is hospitality industry. i am not complaining about any particular staff. somehow, felt like that

Great location, close to center of things happening. We had a very calm july weekend with plenty of free parking places. Many restaurants and places to eat though most of them close early.

we needed two rooms, including one with an extra bed, for a quick overnight stay, as we were transiting through vienna. we arrived late (midnight). check-in was easy/fast, rooms were clean, well-prepared/equipped. Beds were comfortable. skylight gave an excellent view of the city, including the sunrise.

Excellent spacious, suite with lovely corner window views.. Very modern but sympathetic to the character interior architecture. Individual style of the breakfast room and small lounge/bar on the ground floor. Staff more than willing to source bespoke breads and other tasty breakfast items. Really helpful advice on getting around Vienna, including transport tickets and passes available at cost price from reception. Short walk to Schottentor for trams, busses and underground.

There could have been a little more choice of hot solid food for breakfast ( beyond eggs, one kind of wurst and vegetable mix.). A bigger selection would have been appropriate for the price of the room. The room tea/coffee maker had no milk supplied, necessitating a trip to the local store round the corner. Some complimentary drinks would have been appropriate, again given the room prices.

The decor and furniture was nice. The location wasn't bad. It was near the old town area and walking distance from sites and shops. It seemed clean and welcoming.

The carpet and maybe furniture had a smell, likely that of mold. That was an annoyance. Also, the hotel was walking distance from sites and food, but it wasn't close to the lively areas. So if you wanted to pop out to get something quick, I would estimate a 15-20 minute walk for good options.

There was not any hair conditioner in the shower. They also did not have any washcloths. I know those are an American concept, but as a hotel that’s part of an American chain, I would have assumed they’d have American comforts. The room was also verryyy small.

Poor breakfast, very small choice of veggies, ham&cheese, warm dishes were merely omlette, small sausages and boiled vegetables. Dissapointing.

The room size is quite big. It's location is good too. A short walk and you can get a bus to anywhere. Facilities were good. Bathrooms are clean and big enough .

The staff couldn't explain much . They didn't seem very interested in showing us what to do and what no to do in detail .

Breakfast too expensive, didn’t eat at hotel. I liked room for size and comfort. Couldn’t figure out how to use strange coffee pot, no directions and no coffee or tea.

Reception area too small. No travel brochures around. Bar too small.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in my bedroom. The shower cabin in the bathroom was EXTREMLY small. Too expensive considering the room and etc
