Good area, traffic is a little crazy, good value, staff was good except when I tried to check in all the trainees kept saying I couldn’t check in before 3 pm, went and got lunch came back and got a room at 1:30 so that was a relief

Much better stay than previous times. The bath’s shower head provided an adequate supply of hot water. Room service was reasonably priced, with quick delivery and good quality.

Stayed for several days around Christmas time and the area was super safe. The plaza fundadores right across the street was decorated beautiful and had a ice skating rink. Parking at hotel was included but is actually a public parking garage next door. Due to popular area, there were often times I had to wait in line to get into the already full parking.

I love the location. You can walk for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Plenty of food and drinks close by. Staff is nice and hotel is very clean.

Both beds are in need of replacement, each squeaking to the point where even minimal movement kept us awake. As your records will show, we were guests in #514.

The hotel is located downtown on a busy street close to all the main plazas. It needs a little TLC, the hallway carpets were stained on our floor. the room had tile so that was good.

Now I get the name. Room windows are floor to ceiling, wall to wall, with great views of the city. My room on the northside directly overlooked the path of the Good Friday procession, which I had come to see. I didn't know at the time that my room was right where I wanted to be. If you are going for the Good Friday procession, this is the place to stay. Also, the windows open, which is amazing, and you can get all the sound, etc. The downside: it was loud. Bring ear plugs. The music on the plaza de fundadores was loud till late on Easter weekend. Another downside: good luck getting out during the procession; I did it but it was an adventure. Also convenient, there is a small convenience store a half block away, and two pharmacies (one 24-hour) a walkable half mile away
