Very clean! Will definitely stay here again. In the heart of the city you can walk anywhere. Great selection for breakfast. Stayed two nights very comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The location was great for walking around the city. The staff was extremely gracious and the rooms were large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the lovely city of Zacatecas!

Our stay was excellent and the hotel has great detail! Beautiful rooms and great breakfast. Victor at front seat was amazing!! I highly recommend this place!!

This hotel is top notch. The room are absolutely beautiful. Great customer service. And is centrally located. This hotel is a 10/10. I will revisit this hotel without a doubt.

We stayed here for a week to visit family- a lovely hotel in the heart of Zacatecas! We’re from America & speak only a little Spanish (but did have family there to help translate) ..we only had 1 hiccup but it actually worked out in our favor. We had booked 2 rooms (both were supposed to have king beds) but when we arrived, 1 room had 2 full beds & the other had a king bed. It was brought to their attention but it appeared there were no other king rooms available. But, they assured us that the room with 2 full beds was actually an upgrade, since it was a larger room, so it was no big deal! Only other issue was our room on the 1st day smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. My parents’ room was across the hall & they had a loud noise that would sometimes keep them up at night.. still unsure what it was but they managed fine! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here & loved the location.. you can walk all over downtown Zacatecas from this hotel; from Circle K to pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, etc. Beautiful hotel, strong A/C, comfy beds (but could’ve used softer pillows in my opinion), clean rooms, smart TVs, friendly/helpful staff.. but the real star was the breakfast that’s included with the stay! Carlos was an amazing waiter & the breakfast was some of the best food we had while we were there.. delicious! Also loved the hours of breakfast as someone who’s not much of a morning person. Lastly, we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace.. it was SO nice! Would stay here again!

From the entrance one is pleasantly surprised of the hotel, inside the rooms are spacious and clean, simply decorated without loosing their rustic feel. As you walk through the entrance hall there are a variety of art unique to the viceregal era. The staff was always very helpful with our tour requests. I would recommend and visit this hotel again.
