In general we really liked the hotel.
Only bad experience, we weren’t allowed any extra bed sheets to cover us at night, we used our restroom towels to cover us.
Older style hotel, with a nice staircase and elevator! Great AC and cable tv! The hotel has a nice roof top with a pleasant view and small pool. The area was kept clean and well light. A safe environment.

Very walkable area, close to lots of bars, food stalls, shopping, but far enough away that its quiet at night. Rooftop is great for hanging out too. Would stay there again if ever back in Zihua.

no towel, no drink water no cup, not hot water, no tV remote controller, big noise from cocking area ( or nearby restaurant. and big cocking smell in the morning to room.

The staff were lovely, but that's one of the few good things I can say about it. The biggest problem was cleanliness. The room was OK, but all the stairs and halls beyond the lobby were gross. I also had to buy my own toilet paper twice.
