The staff were helpful and friendly, the room had been repainted and possibly refloored. As to the rest it was in need of some work. Sludge gulpers always smell just some worse than others. Expected better from a major brewery

The room was fine for a 1 night stay. A little dated and tired. Friendly staff We paid for parking and then on going inside they said they had their own spaces on the same carpark that were free. Could do with this information before you get there and park up and pay!

The hotel itself is based in great location. Next to a playground with splash. Opposite beach and promenade. Walking distance to the Pier and shopping high street. Also offering free car parking in designated bays just next to the hotel is a great bonus. Food was good and reasonably priced. Check in was quick. Customer service was great. Our family room was top floor. No lift. The room was very hot. No air conditioning except opening a window. The floor seems to have holes in it. The only comfortable bed was the double bed. The other two single extra beds seemed better days. Very noisy. During the night you could hear all the drunks and loud conversations which was replaced in the morning with serenades of seagulls. The shower had no pressure so difficult to enjoy. The room definitely needs updating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much. Would come again.

Seemed so short staffed it was embarrassing. Service at the bar for food and drink was unbelievably slow. Rooms are average with thin walls. Typical British seaside (channel side) hotel.

Nice view from window. Comfy bed. Hotel a little tired. Some pretty old cobwebs in the bathroom! No light cord. Noisy, talking or TV at 3am.

Large room. Large ceiling. Only issue was the family above. Stomping all night. The outside could use a scrape and paint.

Like most places in Weston car parking is a problem. Car parking is provided in this hotel but under demand and once we booked out we had to move the car!

Great location / seafront view. Old building, thin walls. Noisy toilets. Wore earplugs in bed.
