Perfect location.Very friendly and helpful staff.Only downside was that too much noise from night club next door and bed sheets was not clean.There were brown stains on bed sheet and hairs on pillows.Room furniture was also outdated.

The staff was very nice. The room was decent and the AC worked perfectly. However a major issue for me was the WiFi. It didn’t matter what floor you went on—it didn’t work. Also breakfast shouldn’t be called that. It was a snack. One egg, 4 pieces of tomatoes and cucumbers. Nice people but I won’t return

Shower door handles in bathroom cupboard doorseal off and standing in corner. No holder for loo roll

Very convenient place when travelling individually as it is located just a 2-minute walk from the minibus station that serves for Selcuk (Ephesus) & Kusadasi Otogar bus station. Rooms are small&simple but comfy enough. Good value for money. A lovely set breakfast menu is included in the price which is a big plus! Tea&coffee available from a self service station 24h. Staff are polite & speak English. The owner is a very friendly man and speaks English&German. Thanks for everything&all the best for yr business(es)!

Definitely one of the cleanness and comfortable place to stay.You can not find such a place in Kuşadası center with price value comparison.Some people complain about quantity of food at the breakfast well to be honest I didn't even expect a breakfast with this price I guess this is kind of generosity of the hotel.

I stayed here for a few days. It was pretty nice, but the maid never came to clean my room like was said in the description. Due to this, you’re left with no toilet paper which I’ve never experienced. Could have better blankets also. Only 18$ a night

meh...pictures are deceiving, staff isn't friendly but location and value is great

if you're only intending to sleep in the hotel and nothing else, its a good value for money. Other than that, it's not as pictured, needs better cleaning, bathrooms aren't as pictured either and staff isn't friendly. The rooms smell too...but the location is convenient.
