This could have been a 5 star review had it not been for a few things like the rules regarding access to the swimming pool. We paid premium prices for this hotel as it had a pool which is rare in Florence. However, it is only after booking your accommodation that you find out that use of the pool is limited to one-hour pre-booked sessions and that under 18s are not allowed. My son who is about to turn 18 in a matter of a couple of months was denied access which was incredibly disappointing, it's not like he is a little kid nor was he going to be using the facilities unaccompanied. Your policies need to be more transparent and made clear at the time of booking not afterwards. The bathroom has a nasty open drains smell and the hot water fluctuates badly so your shower goes from warm to cold to scalding hot which is very dangerous. There is mould in the shower area and it could benefit from a good wipe down with some bleach to address it. While the rooms are a good size and the terrace was a great bonus,I feel like we wasted our money and could have found something comparable without a pool at a better price.

We had two rooms here for our stay in Florence-- one for us and one for our teenagers. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. Well located, pool opening hours are very restricted- only available from 1pm each day. Not all rooms have air conditioning, otherwise they are spacious.

Inexpensive, great location, somewhat hip hotel. Good breakfast, comfy beds, good AC, lots of space to store clothes. I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Has everything you need and is in a terrific location!! We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage which was just under a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be in the heart of Firenze for our stay. Highly recommend!

Very spacious, very clean

Room was sparse and interaction with staff was minimal, the hotel is in a great location and is clean. Overall it was a good stay.
