Clean. A little fancy. Fastidious and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. In the main tourist area. Good pool. Shower was excellent. Room was spotless and huge. Air conditioning was good. Strong recommend.

The only thing I didn't like was when I checked in, the bellhops were missing so I had to carry my own bags up the stairs. After checking in they showed up to take the bags up in the elevator.

Overall the hotel is great and is located in the center of tourism. Staff was really helpful as well, especially a manager. However I chose Virgo hotel based on the gym description and saunas because I exercise every day. The gym is horrible, only a few machines to workout and half of them are broken. The gym in real life is NOT was is declared online. Also both saunas were out of order.

Our stay at Virgin Nha Trang hotel was perfect. The swimming pool is located upstairs with stunning ocean views, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the staff's willingness to go above and beyond for guests is commendable. Highly recommended!”
