A nice, clean, and quiet hotel. We thought it was unique and great that each breakfast place setting had its own tongs for selecting food items.

Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was served. They did make us a packed lunch which was good.

This is a lovely small hotel, very clean, and had the sweetest people working there. Every one was so kind. I highly recommend it for solo travelers and couples. I didn't see any of the larger rooms, but breakfast was amazing, and it was quiet and clean. (They let us leave our bags locked up there as we arrived earlier than check-in, and wanted to tour the city).

Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location that's not too far from the main city, and groceries/pharmacy is a short walk across the street if needed. The breakfast was a nice addition. Plenty of options to choose from, outside the typical scrambled eggs and bacon.

Once again my go to place to stay in Reykjavík. Nice rooms ranging from a tiny place to sleep to a large and roomy suite.

The staff tried very hard to make sure you have a good stay. The home made desserts were very good!

Great stay at Hotel Lotus. The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to lower the temperature in the room. From our understanding this is a function of the geo-thermal heat rather than the hotel. Great staff and superb breakfasts.

The staff was awesome. They were able to let my wife and I check in early (we flew in on a red eye from the US). We also had an issue with the room (skylight not working), that they fixed. Breakfast was delicious, place was roomy, bed was very comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend

It’s easy walking distance to the bus. The staff is extremely friendly. The room was extremely clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Highly recommend reserving the room with balcony over the standard room. We stayed here on two separate nights at the beginning and at the end of our trip and there is a huge difference in the rooms. The regular rooms are really small, as is the bathroom. You can make it work but the room with the balcony is a lot more functional for not much more. They are also in a much better location whereas the standard room can put you right at the entrance of the hotel which is a bit noisy. All that said, the location is fantastic for anyone with a rental car, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, both times, even in the smaller room.
