I liked that the apartment is close to a metro station (Intendente), so it was easy for us to ecplore the city via the subway.

You get a “guest room” with bathroom and some kind of a shared kitchen. Its very overpriced. €25 more and you could stay at Holiday Inn. Problem with payment forced us to choose LX Center, just for a night.

The property was clean and even included a fridge and a safe. The building is a bit old and felt dodgy but it was all fine. It is in a decent location, around 15 minutes walk from Rossio and with good metro and tram connections (famous tram 28 early stop is 2 minutes away). Generally very pleased for the price.

The place worked well for a one night stay. It’s not really a hotel - it’s an apartment building that LX has a few rooms in. The location worked for us.

The location is central and has a store right downstairs so that was great, I enjoyed having a balcony too. The kitchen wasn't stoked well and that could be an easy fix, since is shared by 4 rooms please provide more cups, glasses, silverweare etc.

We didn’t stay at this place, we had to find another hotel. The dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I am filing a complaint against the hotel. I am done using Travelocity. I have tones of pictures showing the disgusting conditions of those rooms.

Room was good size for 4-beds with an elevator. The bathroom was old and needs renovations. Didn't like having no reception on site.

For the cost, it did exactly has described and was excellent value in a good location.

Property condition was awful , bed sheets looked unwashed flooring was loose, safe was loose on a board in a wardrobe, lift unusable, seriously unsafe electric connectors, no room cleaning for a 4 night stay. No way of contacting host except through Expedia, seriously unsafe lighting in bathroom , non existent lighting in the hall way on the stairwells. Shared kitchen had 1 coffee cup and 3 plates. So very limited cooking. Definitely at most 1-2 star rating.

The heating doesn’t work and it was cold and the room was humid and dirty I didn’t sleep even I tried any ways it was so so bad experience in this guesthouse

It's very good value for money. No frills basic clean accommodation. It's near to Lidl, the metro and the 28 tram so for budget accommodation it's an excellent choice. It's in a multicultural part of the city and the locals are very friendly and you will be amongst people from all over the world.
