Location was perfect.
Clean hostal. No elevator from outside to first floor. Elevator starts from first floor up. If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to bring it up.

The staff here is VERY nice. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The room was super clean and in a great location! I will definitely use this hotel again when I go back to Salamanca.

The location, literally yards from Plaza Mayor, is excellent.
However, this is not a hotel. It's a hostel, & the hotels.com listing does not make this clear.
It's not suitable for families or for middle-aged or older guests. Access is via a flight of stairs from the street.
The room was tiny, cramped for 2 people.
Not the hostel's fault, but there were a number of noisy guests.
The staff were pleasant, but we curtailed our stay & booked another hotel.

Incredible location, but very noisy! A band played outside until 4 am! I woke up at 2am and couldn’t fall asleep until they stopped!

The Location s absolutely great, Very clean and spotless. Steep stair in the entrance not so easy to climb with suitcases.

In the downtown. A beautiful view from a balcony. Very abrupt ladders. There is no refrigerator.
