Fantastic double suite on the 20th floor. Great views of Manchester centre and the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard.

Excellent stay Very disappointed with check in as the hotel double charged me for my 3 night stay and didn’t even apologise. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Great location, but hotel not as we expected - very basic and badly designed. For example no cleaning service and no linen change unless staying over 6 nights. They wont even empty the bins / recycling. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, but you need to bring your own Nespresso capsules as they are not supplied (although teabags are). There is a small round table but it’s in the darkest corner of the room so you can’t work / write / read there. Bed is against the wall so one person needs to climb over the to get in and out, and there is nowhere to put a glass of water. Bathroom is TINY and should have been built with a sliding door but they took the cheaper option so you need to be a size zero to squeeze inside past the door.

Eden gave us such a warm welcome on check in and went over and beyond when she found out it was my birthday, she offered us a complimentary drink to celebrate. We love this hotel! It is our favourite place to stay in Manchester - always clean and comfortable abd a great location!

My aparthotel of choice when in Manchester. Always clean and of a very high standard. No fuss. Good standard time and again.

Rooms spacious with modern decor and seperate kitchen diner , high end fixtures and fittings with nespresso machine . Bedroom amazing with motorised blinds . All in all a great stay

Hotel is in a great location. Very pleasant team, rooms are clean and comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. Having enough space to work was a bonus.

I love this place, the apartment, the view the location! It’s my second time staying here and for sure I will be back! Staff is overall nice and helpful. I travel on my own and this feels like a safe and cozy place, easy and close to everything you need and for leisure. Would like to give special thanks to both reception men working on 25AUG24 night shift for being so kind and professional. (The only downside is that I forgot something in my room and they said they did not find it and felt a bit ignored about it.. I would have appreciated if they showed more interest and to have it back as I’m sure it was left there, which is obviously my fault)

Located right next to St. Peter’s square tram stop it was a great location for getting to the Manchester United game, while also being in the city!

The apartment was the perfect size, in very good condition with everything I needed for a pleasant stay in Manchester. Really great location - was able to walk everywhere.

Booked for my partners birthday and we have never had such an accomodating apartment stay before. A lovely suprise of balloons and a card was prepared which he loved and the apartment was spotless. In a central location with great amenities and the staff were amazing. Will definitly be returning if we go back to manchester.
