My wife, child and I are annual visitors to Lisbon and always choose to stay in Epic Sana because of its elegance, top quality service and amazing breakfast!!

An outstanding Hotel definitely exceeded the 5 Star Rating. Cleanliness was above and beyond. The service was exceptional. The best hotel that i have yet to experience!

Children are allowed in the indoor pool from open until noon. The rooftop pool is unheated and is open to children.
The rooms are relatively small. The facilities are very nice. Overall, an excellent experience

Still a very good hotel, but has lost some of its shine since COVID. Pros - amazing rooftop pool with phenomenal view, well appointed rooms (although could do with refurb - fittings and furniture showing some signs of wear and tear), excellent breakfast and other food/drink options, very good gym and spa (excellent deep tissue massage). Cons - some need of upgrading, need to fix some basics - replenish shower wash and other bathroom items, ran out of towels for rooftop pool and no staff on hand to support, rooftop bar closed so only option for food and drink to go back downstairs. Overall, still a great hotel, but having first stayed there 10 years ago, it has lost some of its shine. Just about scrapes 5 stars, but starting to feel more like a good 4 star.

Incredible service from each staff member you meet, beautiful spa and pool (both the indoor and the rooftop) and in a fantastic location. I have stayed here twice and it is a treat.

The Spa was good. The room wasnt ready at 3pm had to wait for 1.5 hr only to receive the wrong room. Another room was prepare which took another 45 mins!! Not all staff friendly. Information on room and facilities poor. Breakfast good but the rest of the food was terrible, my husband got food poisioning and lost two days of our five day trip plus the loss of time on arrival . All in all a disaster. Will not be returning

4th time in this hotel that have great comfort in the rooms, lovely pools (outside roof and inside spa pool). an attentive serviceteam and the greatest breakfast you can imagine. we'll come back again soon.

Amazing hotel, excellent service from the personnel in reception and I will give 10 stars to the guys in the restaurant and the bar. If there something they can be better at is the service in the spa, grumpy receptionist, and a bit rude.

Very nice spa and sauna. Good size rooms and bathrooms very spacious and clean. Had very nice jazz singer and piano on Friday. I would highly recommend this hotel.

After I informed them I would not be arriving for my first stay, the staff at Epic SANA never informed me that I would need to contact Expedia to inform them of this. Then, while on-site, the concierge advised me of this but did tell me that if Expedia contacted the hotel, they could adjust it and remove it the first night. Once Expedia contacted them, they told them that nothing could be done. I feel that the communication was extremely poor, and I also got no help from Expedia.
