Restaurant could’ve been better ordered omlet and it was made with ham I asked a new one and the new dish was with the ham as well (same dish)

The people working at this property were super kind and helpful. The view is wonderful and a very easy location to get an Uber to and from. I felt very safe here. I’d recommend this hotel.

I booked an ocean view room and it was amazing! The breakfast was yummy, the staff was friendly, & my room was clean. One thing, I did hear an American couple not enjoy the music in the breakfast area. They said it was too loud for them so keep that in mind when you book. For me the music gave it a great vibe!

There was no hot water, our bathroom completely flooded when we took a cold shower, There was mold, it was dated and dirty and dingy. Would not recommend.

I had to wait an hour past the time the room was supposed to be ready. The price for the drinks were extremely expensive and you have to watch out because they add a tip to your receipt without asking you so you have to be careful of that. It's a nice location but based on the service I would look elsewhere first.

The service was incredibly attentive, and and friendly. And they even allowed us to stay until 2 o’clock in order to enjoy the morning and head to the airport later in the afternoon, without any additional cost. Also, an incredible location, walking distance to the beach and all of the commerce and restaurants in the area. We had a third-floor ocean view suite a boat, 20 m from the water, which was absolutely spectacular. Considering the price this to me was an incredibly good value.
