This is a budget hotel downtown. Check in was easy. We had a handicap room on the 1st floor that overlooks the church behind. Lots of room. The sink did not have cold water. The toilet took about 1/2 hr to refill the tank. You could not control the temperature above 21. All the usb ports did not work. The bed was very hard and the two pillows that came with it were flat. One bed sheet was not enough. Room was quiet but could here doors closing.

Everything was good and exactly what we wanted - for the price you cannot expect room service. We loved the location which gave us easy access to the facilities we needed and the staff directed us to the ramp of a 24hour carpark with CCTV 20m from the front door.

Room 10, shower drain blocked. Noisy fire door banging during night. Bed not comfortable.

Exactly what it says. Easy book in room small but all you need, bed toilet, shower. Air con, tv. Quilt I felt too hot, no other option. Take a bottle of water up with you. Coffee machine in lobby difficult to work but nice coffee and seating area. Easy log out.

Does what it says on the tin ! Great if your just sleeping there which we was ! Comfy beds good en-suite !

Extremely hard mattress, and half hearted shower with a display option for the bathroom... Half frosted glass doors, so I hope you're close to the person you share with.. you will be closer by the end.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean. Only complaint and it is a BIG one is the lack of even a small desk/table! The pizza we had delivered, had to be eaten on the bed - definitely more staining of bed linen- so unnecessary! I’m all for the minimalist style but functionality must prevail. Worse is the cost of the drinks in the foyer; whether it being a latte, black tea or hot water - all cost £2. Really?

rude stuff. can hear everyone going to and from reception. people having long conversation in hallway. crackheads outside and no where to park. i booked this hotel as it was cheap £80 and convenient for my sons surgery at the hospital the following day as we was not from the area, the experience made me even more stressed and i wish i had stayed home and made the hr journey the following day. hardly got any sleep didnt like the fact there was no window and felt claustrophobic needed air but there wasnt a window available

My Wife's experience was terrible, turfed out of the room at 10am despite paying for a late check-out. The staff did not believe my wife had paid for a late check out, and promptly demanded to see evidence, when showing our credit card statement, we were still not believed, it was only after being forced to leave that the staff noticed their error. No apologies were offered.

I was always expecting a basic but functional room, however for £80 i was expecting more than this. No amenities at all. Also, fighting, shouting, in the corridor and room next door all night. £40-50 max for what you get.

I was a little bit worried about having booked a room without windows but let met tell you it was great. The rooms are in great conditions and clean. The hotel is located perfectly for a city or football trip. For this price the hotel is a bargain!

Very clear and quiet but there is no table or kettles.
