Rooms looked updated, clean. Strange smell like men’s cologne but good. Spacious, liked that there was a fridge and microwave! Continental breakfast wasn’t much but we didn’t really need it. Beds were not too terribly comfortable. We were very happy with everything else though! Convenient parking, nice staff, decent pricing and overall a really nice room! We’d stay again!

A nice location nearby a pond and a lovely park. Helpful staff. Spacious room. On-site laundry.

I din not like the overall atmosphere, not a very friendly environment, breakfast was supposed to be until 10am, got thereat 9:04am, nothing available other than 3-4 stale bagles, no orange juice attempted to interact with staff in dining area, totally ignored after attempts saying good morning, seems like if you're not from a particular ehnic group ie like that of the owners ..would never return or recommend..

We just wanted an inexpensive hotel to stay overnight to attend an event close to the area. The Red Carpet Inn was awesome. The staff are super nice. The room had a nice microwave and refrigerator which is far more than some of the more expensive hotels. The room was quiet, clean, and parking was right in from of my window. The continental breakfast was a plus, gotta have my morning coffee. All and all, I would most definitely stay here again.

I booked it for 2 nights and almost immediately decided to change it to one night. I sent an email and I was never contacted about changing it to one night and didn’t get a refund for the 2nd night that I didn’t use. The staff were also not friendly and not very cooperative when I raised the matter with them. I had even suggested to change the 2ns date to another date a few days later but they didn’t even entertain my request. It’s clearly my worst experience with a hotel in North America so far. Breakfast was also finished before time and wasn’t replenished so we left without eating. I surely won’t be using them a 2nd time because it was clear that they are more interested in the money I paid than the service they’re providing.
