The staff members were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
The location was outstanding. Off street parking was a great convenience.
The facility was a "little long in the tooth". Requires updating, especially the TV sets.
The cleanliness was acceptable but requests were made to dust and clean certain sections of the room. The shower floor was very slippery. The only solution was to lay down a bath towel.
The breakfasts were not so good. The granola/fruit/muffing/coffee/juice were good. The cooked (Microwaved ?) breakfasts were very disappointing.

Room number 202 is very noisy with a street approx.15 feet from the windows that offered very little insulation, and a large construction dumpster sitting in direct view. There was a constant flow of cars, and drunks at all hours of the night into the early morning, the last night we were woken at 2:00am by a loud conversation outside the window, and weren’t able to go back to sleep from all the traffic noise and loud music. We were given a noise machine that didn’t help at all.

Great location, walking distance to riverfront, shopping and other attractions. Excellent restaurant across street. Parking was available at property. Room was spacious and elegant, loved the balcony, comfortable bed, good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Will come back when in Savannah!

This is a very nice B&B. The staff was extremely friendly. I would say you can hear everyone talking on the first floor so if you like to sleep in request 2nd floor or higher. The breakfast was very nice and filling. The staff answered all questions we had and were very helpful

Stopped in our favorite Southern city for a couple of days on the way to Orlando. This is our new favorite Savannah hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kara at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable of the city and made us feel at home. The breakfast was spectacular!

This property was great! The bed and breakfast was quaint, adorable and beautiful. The beds were so comfortable!!! The staff was so sweet and helpful, especially Scarlett and Graycen. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was phenomenal and we had a great stay!

This older building is quite charming. Our Host Scarlett was great, not only upgrading our room but also allowing us to check in early and providing helpful information. Wine hour at 5:30 PM was nice and breakfast was offered to be brought to our balcony! Location is perfect to see the sights and self parking next to the building is convenient.
