Other than the toilet wasn’t working properly, room was clean and organized with plenty of extra towels. Loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Great location, easy to access the highway and all areas around Denton/Dallas/Ft Worth. Check in staff (Michael) was very accommodating with his knowledge of the area, attractions,restaurants and history. He made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always friendly. Having the pool and great outdoor area was a plus!

Nice clean room, yummy breakfast with lots of options, and staff was friendly. They even made goodie bags for the Solar Eclipse (the reason we were in town). Highly recommend!

Handicapped accessible room beds are too tall for transfer of handicapped person from a standard wheelchair to the bed. The beds were approx. 10" too tall and hotel could not provide a lifting device, such as a Hoyer lift, to safely transfer individual from a standard wheelchair to the bed.

The hotel boosts some wonderful staff, and very clean rooms. The hotel is in a great spot for visiting TWU! And it was so quiet I actually slept really well.

Overall a good property . Nice spaces . Kitchen was in good conditions even if not used . Bathroom shows some back edges that require better cleaning but rest was good.
Bathroom shampoo bottle was almost empty .
Breakfast was ok . A little bit too greasy. Not enough orange juice . Not enough coffee. Had to ask to be refilled .
