Disappointed to be requested to pay an early checkin fee of £50 especially as its an attached airport hotel. Maybe only customers who drive there are on one particular flight.

Your best and only in-terminal option in T2 at the Mexico City airport. While pricey, the rooms are large, nice, and comfortable. I recommend this place highly for those with an early morning flight.

Avoid this hotel as much as possible. Second time in a row with big problems. First time not hot water. This time A/C not working. I changed room, and in the second room not A/C again...only ventilation!!!.I found out sweating 4am...

One night stay following a flight landing around midnight. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good (had dinner and the buffet breakfast).
Front desk staffing in the morning was a bit sparse. At check in there were more associates but there were also lots of guests checking in.

A surprisingly attractive, modern hotel with full service and an excellent onsite resto. Only complaint was the terminal 1 shuttle was full at 430 am. It was a little hard to find the entrance in T2 so some signage would be good. Comfy beds, very clean.

Overall staff is unfriendly, on arrival the front desk was quite rude, we understand that check in was at 3 and we arrived 2:30 so I think it was fair to get our room at that time.
We left our luggage in custody but no one was there to help us with the luggage nor was dropped to our room.
The hotel has no pool which was sad
