great staff. very helpful specially Ali.

the food at the in house cafe. the risotto arrived with some parts icy, almost frozen.

Staff were very nice and friendly, beds were comfortable.

No proper wardrobe in a 4 star hotel is not acceptable. Also no place to place your toiletries in the shower cabin.

Free stuff, drinks, cakes, coffee, etc. Nice couches, lounge. Beautiful rooms, great shower. Really worthed!!

Don't know if there was a gym?!

Loved how helpful the staff were, always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. Ali helped us book a taxi and made sure we got to the airport safely

The man working the reception was very unwelcoming his name is Ali he didn’t smile at all we asked him to send the cleaner to our room while we go out he answered that cleaning is automatic time so we answered : ok no problem we want just a new towel . After we came back,our room had not been cleaned at all ! in the end after i do chek out mr.ali told us to have a good rating in bookin !

Modern rooms; great use of space.

For the money you would expect a welcoming hotel lobby and restaurant. Instead the lobby and restaurant are very basic (efficient).

Your have everything you need in the room. it’s quiet and comfortable. Staff was great help!

The room was ridiculously noisy,traffic all night,impossible to sleep.The room has exposed concrete walls and random furniture giving it the impression that you are sleeping in tramps camp in a underground carpark.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices Very helpful with booking a taxi to get back to Gare de Nord and making sure it happened- we were ver grateful

The only thing I have to complain about is that twice over the five days only two bath towels were left for us. This was totally unacceptable. We collected some from reception the first day but then it happened again!!
