The room is modern and clean, nice bathroom and closet area, very suited for a work trip, but also very nice for a holiday stop. It is located near restaurants and supermarket, and it is 1 minute from the metro station and 3 minutes from the tramway station. Breakfast was surprisingly diverse for the night rate. Qualitative hotel, I would recommend the place and go back if I need to be located south of Paris.

No AC, but even in July on hot days, the room didn't get too hot, and there is a big door on a balcony so fresh air can enter at night. You also can hear the metro, but not bad, and that's kind of everywhere in Paris.

No AC, not very clean.

The breakfast was satisfactory. I guess I am a bit fussy about eggs. The boiled were hard and the scrambled were wet. It was close to the metro which allowed easy transfer to many parts of Paris. It was close to a grocery store as well as eating places and we easily found a laundry mat close by.

I think the staff could have been better informed about what was available for the customers. A young girl behind the desk did not know of any grocery stores nearby, which was virtually next door to the hotel. Also the website must state more clearly what services are available. I found out that we had a room, and breakfast and for the rest we had to pay. Apparently that is Paris. Other hotels where my other family stayed had a comfortable sitting area where we could enjoy a glass of wine. It seemed the hotel was dated and there were attempts to have it look good, but the painting of our bathroom door indicates a quick makeover.

No internet and they didn't tell me there is wifi in the lobby, i heard one guest saying that while i was checking out No tv in my room No phones between rooms The first day no hot water however they fixed it the next day The last day no elevator and it took them few hours to fix it so we were late checking out because i couldn't take the stairs due to a knee injury, however they sent me breakfast to my room and the guy on the reception was really helpful i congratulate you on havingsuch a wonderful person (I'm sorry i didn't get his name, he is not the one with glasses he is french i think) I really like this hotel and i stay there whenever i come to salon de l'esthetique but this year it was disappointing for me, i hope you will manage to go back to your previous condition. I like the hotel, it's clean and pics correspond to the reality. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

Perfect location especially if you have business at the expo. The hotel is close to the metro, tram, supermarket, pizzeria, kebab, pharmacy, etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small, but from the photos you would think they were bigger. Shower exceptionally small, toiletries poor, toilet paper and towels were very thin.

apartment was spacious and quiet. very comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. 1 min walking to the metro station.

Lift is very small, fits to only 3 people. we were a family of 4, so could never get the lift all together. but this was a minor thing to us. Not so close to main tourist attractions but the fact that there is a metro station 1 min walking distance was great.
