Excellent! Conveniently close the shopping centre and all around the attractions. The breakfast included is too good

We had a great experience here! It was in a fantastic location for the Christmas market as well as the old town. We could walk everywhere. We had a member of our group get really sick and the hotel was so helpful! They allowed her to get into a room very early and they gave us the number of a doctor to come to the hotel. They gave us great recommendations of places to eat a pharmacy to go to that was open on Sunday and they arranged for a ride for us to the airport. This is a great hotel!

Wonderful location. On top of everything. Small and compact rooms. But well adapted for a 4 day break. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest
Only one moan. Breakfast got too busy with not enough tables. But that is a small thing as the hotel was sensational

A warm, friendly stay! It was cosy inside (ideal after exploring the Christmas markets), staff were helpful and always available to answer queries.
Great location to explore the city centre, local tourist attractions including the riverfront and close to the airport shuttle bus stops (all within walking distance).
I would highly recommend to all! Looking forward to my next visit already.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned every day, there was a bar open until 11pm and a lovely buffet style breakfast each morning which was a bonus. The little danish pastries were lovely!
The location was great and in walking distance to everything. Staff were lovely and really accomodating. We had a lovely stay and would really reccomend this hotel and was really pleased with the price we paid.

Hotel was conveniently located close to everything in District V. There weren’t many amenities and breakfast was so-so, not too much variety of foods and no refills after an item was done. The WiFi in the room was horrible during our stay. We didn’t have any connection and it was hard to connect our devices. The staff didn’t care about fixing it or addressing the issue.

A/c was not working in our room and maintenance attempted unsuccessfully to resolve the problem. Was unable to move to another room till the next day.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and interested in meeting your needs.

Perfect location and good service. Slight hiccup though. Hotel doesn’t charge food and drinks to room account. So you have to pay and take receipts each time. For business visitors, a lot of receipts means a lot of paperwork for expense reports. One time payment and single receipt at check out would be much better and practical for the visitor.

The check-in process was smooth and the room was clean. I did not experience any issues with the room at all. The shower had good pressure and the water was warm enough. The location of the hotel is great and many things to see on foot.
I left too early to experience due to catching a flight out of Budapest.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable and in a good location to getting out and about.
Plenty of choice for breakfast also.

The buffet breakfast was very good. All the staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very welcome! I highly recommend it for the price!

I was there last week and it was during construction. Power outage was out for few hours during the night, had to open the window and it was noisy. Other than that, location is really good and convenience. For an American, the best thing was unlimited supply of ice :)

The breakfast was good. The location is great. It is a few minutes walk to the Chain Bridge and shops and restaurants. The only thing was that our room had not been made up yet after we checked in. The mess from the previous guests had not been cleaned up. Upon informing the reception, they sent a staff to clean the room right away.
