Myself and some friends stayed here while we were in Patong for a week. It's in a great location. Short walk to the beach. The places relatively quiet but the bar downstairs is open pretty much 24/7. The night shift manager "Cookie" kept things interesting and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out. From ordering in food to arranging traditional Thai massage, she is a legend.

Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. Only thing to be aware of is there will be one or two flights of stairs to your room. Ten out of ten from me!

Delighted by this tranquil find in the busy city. Staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped book taxis and they upgraded our room to a lovely big suite.

We stayed in the studio. Perfect space for a short stay! Quirky room , clean and perfect location to everything we needed In patong! Cookie at the bar in the evenings is an absolute gem - made our stay memorable and full of useful info . Thanks for a great stay

Staff were next-level friendly. Rooms were great. Daily cleanings were really well done. Hotel has character. I think the location is probably as good as it gets in Patong. Gym on roof, although it’s outside so you’ll want to use in morning or at night. -an American

Really lovely person (Anna) greeted us at check in and kindly checked us in before 2pm, along with upgrading our room which was amazing! Rooms were lovely and comfortable and again the staff made our stay a very pleasant one!

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveler, and this hotel was great. I felt like it was a steal for how cheap it was. Room was spacious, clean, and with a surprisingly modern bathroom. A/C had no problems. Staff is friendly, funny and helpful. The gym on the rooftop is a huge bonus, and was way better than I thought it was going to be. The area is central to everything in Patong, but situated on a side street so it’s not too noisy there. My only complaint was it seemed like some customers and their staff was drinking the early hours of the morning, which did cause some minor disturbances, but didn’t bother me too much. I also didn’t like how they don’t serve breakfast until 8:15 am, but I can’t complain really for the price.

In what i think of as a unique Thailand experience, the friendly staff at Baipho were thoroughly entertaining, in what was an eye opening look at Thai life.

Room was clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located far enough from Bangla Road so you can have a good night sleep. Downside: there's stains on the towels.

I had a great stay at Baipho. The room was big and clean. The service from the lovley staff was very good. I would recommend a stay where when you are in Patong.

Location wise is strategic, short walk to Patong beach and with lots of eateries nearby. The facilities seems dated but still functional. Though would expect better cleanliness especially on linen and towels.

I stayed here in a row and Here was Nice place and everybody was Kind and Nice. especially espresso was good :)))))))) I hope I want to stay here again when I will be visiting Phuket, thailand 🇹🇭 Ps. No elevator here! :)
