I can not say enough about the staff here! All of the staff are amazing. Friendly & knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help u. The location is perfect. The hotel restaurant was amazing! Can not wait to return.

This hotel offered excellent service right in the center of the inner city of Vienna. There were a number of Museums and other historic landmarks and buildings in very easy walking distance as well as shopping and dining. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant as well. The hotel staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.

Great and friendly service. LOVED the welcome gift. Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Wakable to some main attractions and restaurants making it a great location.

Location was very central & convenient to major sites. We were able to walk to every site of interest but for Schönbrunn Palace, which was easy due to convenient access to the underground. Room was quiet though hotel is center of the city. Staff friendly & helpful. Two complimentary bottles of Viennese wines in the fridge was a nice touch. I recommend this establishment and would stay there again.

Room 701 is spacious, has bath tub shower bed is comfortable.
Ac and also windows that opens.
The best is the view, and the window space from where you can look outside, read or even nap.
The espresso machine has a grinder, free soda and 2 bottles of wine..

The onky thing that we didn't like are the pillows...but i improvizez by folding in half and rotate the pillow case.

Property was nice and clean . Bellhop , housekeeper and the guy who young man who checked us on and the man who checked us out were very polite , however everyone else at the counter when we walked in or out ( women ) didn’t even look

Our room was very spacious, clean and full of unexpected perks. It had a lovely nook that overlooked the Opera house and the Albertina. Our child had a very fun surprise waiting for her on her bed that she loved. Staff was very helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. Our room was very spacious, clean and full of unexpected perks. It had a lovely nook that overlooked the Opera house and the Albertina. Our child had a very fun surprise waiting for her on her bed that she loved. Staff was very helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. Highly recommend!
