Woman called me at 8 AM in the morning asking when I am checking in and would not let me get a word in kept on rambling and when I tried to speak, kept cutting me off I didn’t even stay didn’t ask for a refund nothing just wanted to be done with it. I went and stayed at the Hilton, that is absolutely amazing

Fabulous apartment! Very modern and clean. Close to everything and walkable to shops and restaurants. Balcony was wonderful each morning and evening.

Fantastic apartment that is a two minute walk to the main square, and you can catch an Uber or taxi literally right outside the front door. The apartment was large and had everything I needed, but the balcony was disappointing. It looked out on an abysmal interior rooftop area, so there was no view or anything. Just a place to sit and get fresh air/smoke, but don’t book it for the appeal of the balcony, like I did :( Check in was very efficient with perfect instructions and electronic entry. Please note - this is an old building, so there is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. Would highly recommend!!

On a lovely, lively pedestrianized street with handy shops and places to eat, in walking distance of shopping, a great park, and public transport, this apartment is in a perfect location for a city break. The apartment is on the second floor of a lovely building, with good security, and everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. My only very small complaint was that the blinds let in too much light early morning (and slightly broken). So, really happy with our stay in Fragola Apartments and can highly recommend. Loved Poland too, a beautiful country!

Great place with a great location. A little hard to find but, once you get there, it’s all easy and very friendly. Only downside is the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning so it got hot on warm days.

Less than 10 mins to the market square. The beds were comfy. The place was clean. Location was fine, small shops close by for convenience items. Close to river and main airport bus stops.

This is false advertising. They are renting hundreds of apartments from a central address. The place that you book is probably not at the address that the map suggests that it is and they have a very poor exuse as to why. They are hiding the bad reviews under the good reviews that are recieved for the few apartments that are actually where the map suggests. They should be made to make individual adverts and not hide under the guise of their reception desk. To add, the apartment that I had smelt of damp. The bathroom had no extractor fan or windown. Avoid and book somewhere more honest where you know exactly what you are booking. Hotels.com should ban this sort of thing.

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment! Perfect location, and was very clean and spacious! Really enjoyed my stay here would definitely return. Even provided tea/coffee and dishwasher tablets which I thought was a nice touch!

One of the best holiday apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Very cleverly laid out providing well designed accommodation, finished to a high standard and with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is very close to the old town square and is in walkable distance to the train station (7 minutes). The property was very nice and provided us the opportunity to cook our own meals (which we didn't) and both our son and us had our own suite which was perfect - two bathrooms were also included
