Saga Hotel is a wonderful Family run hotel. They were very accomodating of all our needs. Will definitely be returning. Close to the port, restaurants and Kanali Beach.

I wanted to say what a great holiday we had Zefi Tacki Demi and wonderful George. They made us all welcome and were amazing with everything. Breakfast was amazing choice and all homemade. The cleaners did a great job and also work every day, Cleopatra also worked hard in the kitchen. Demi have a fantastic wedding and long life to you both in your next adventure. Thank you so much you treated us so well can’t wait to see you all again. Mhairi and Jennifer wright and the whole family 💕

The Staffwere extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent. We could eat in the bar by the pool, on comfortable loungers, or go to one of the gorgeous beaches nearby. It was walkable to the port with its wider range of restaurants and bars and shops.

A really nice little family run hotel where they obviously try hard to set high standards- and they pretty much succeed. A 20 minute stroll from the port where everything happens, there is also a decent beach within two minutes. The immediate road around the hotel is not particularly encouraging but fear not, the hotel is set in its own garden with flowers in abundance. A pool (quite deep) loungers and poolside bar gives all you need for a well earned rest. Breakfast is included with enough of the basics. Book a sea view with balcony to top it off.

It was perfect. Great location fantastic staff beautiful pool. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, our room had a great posit with wonderful breezes so no need for the aircon. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Lovely hotel with great swimming pool. The owners were so welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Good breakfast and poolside bar. The area around the hotel wasn’t as attractive as some but within 10-15 minutes walk, there were some beautiful beaches. Our bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool and the sea.

The hotel owners and their staff are excellent. Always there for any assistance very friendly and accommodating.

5 days at the top at Saga Hotel, allways well welcomed, swimmig pool perfect, room and breakfast also, and Poros is really a nice place in Greece.

Great pool. Room was nice. A taxi ride but only 3.70 Euros to the other side of the harbour or a 25 minute walk.

The people who run it are amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel at home (and made sure to remember our names) however i was not impressed by the hotel. I honestly did not think it was worth what i paid for it. The AC made a weird noise the first night. The bedsheets were dry and the place felt more like an old B and B rather then a hotel. The wifi was also very weak. I’d have been happy if the hotel was about a 1/3rd of the price it is

Spotless rooms with lovely bathroom with Shower, a beautiful small pool and adjacent pool bar, good choice & quality of breakfast buffet but most of all the natural welcoming and friendly nature of Zefi, Takis, Stavroula and all. As you can see, we don't tend to return to places too frequently, but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Saga again. Judging by other guests we met, most do!

This was the perfect stay during my recent visit to Poros. It’s clear that running the hotel is a labor of love for the family - everything is run perfectly. I noticed a lot of little touches that differentiated the Saga from other hotels - for one, they had a sliding screen door on the balcony. This was great as it allowed me to keep the door open to get a breeze and not worry about bugs. They also had soft jazz music playing during breakfast. It’s things like this that make the Saga stand out. I stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks in Greece, and Saga was hands down my favorite. The room was spotless and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast delicious (make sure to try the ‘bougatza’ if it’s on the table!).
