GM Susan was caring and outstanding.
Facility and rooms are modern and clean. However rooms could be quite small and matresses are old, coils and springs are felt.

The stairs and corridor carpet was worn and dirty,
The room was a single with a double bed.
bedside table one side of bed, the other side had tea and coffee staines. single wardrobe, no drawers and nowhere to put your suitcases. we got an alarm call every morning 6am with the crashing of bottles. sink was clogged up with hair.we ask for another room but the hotel was fully booked. the only good points was the staff who were amazing.

A great welcome from the guy on reception. The car park slot allocated was not big enough for the car so we parked at the rear of the hotel which is rather a depressing area full of concrete blocks, old mattresses etc. not a good impression, The room was as described. Very clean with nice white towels and toiletries and tea/coffee provided. Downside - the room is boiling hot. Avoid room 19, I believe it is above the laundry room. Breakfast was good with a great selection.

A really lovely hotel with beautiful decor, friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful sea view. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location with superb beaches all walkable. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was perfect. Restaurants and the beaches were within walking distance. The city centre was about 5 minute walk. The room had a nice boutique hotel feel. It can be noisy coming from the street especially if the window is open. No airconditioning (European standard) the fan helped and my stay was comfortable enough. The only con was not having a proper sink. The sink was an eco friendly sink on top of the toilet. Price was very reasonable for a boutique hotel. I will definitely recommend NewQuay Beach House!

The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was perfect. Restaurants and the beaches were within walking distance. The city centre was about 5 minute walk. One of the bar/kitchen staff even kindly suggested tiger balm after bruising my shoulder after falling of a surf board at fistral beach such a caring soul because it worked. Recommended :)

I stayed in their Compact room. Perfectly fine for a solo traveller who is out and about. The staff were amazingly friendly, open, talkative and helpful. Especially Mitchie and Restaurant manager. Who I spent time chatting with during my few nights stay.
It’s clear the hotel has had a large chunk of ££££ spent on its interiors, but a few small things are noticeably absent that would allocate. For example, bedroom doors and fire doors do not have closure controls on them, so they bang constantly throughout the day and night.
A wedding had been booked for the breakfast area / bar during my stay, with the bar remaining open to hotel guests. This is fine but it is definitely the kind of thing I would like to know in advance and ideally upon booking! As it’s awkward sitting at your hotels bar surrounded by wedding people! And not to mention the potential for noise, which occurred but did stop at 11pm
But overall an excellent hotel, pretty convenient location with airport a short 15min taxi ride away and the main Towan beach etc 10 min walk away
The staff really made this place special, they were so much fun and a joy to interact with.
