If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
Perfect location (although 40 mins from the christmas markets, it was next door to the train station and 10 min walk to the Reichstag Building)

Amazing hotel in a great location. Beautiful clean, comfortable room, really helpful staff. Lovely bar for a nice cocktail. Fantastic breakfast with great selection. Quietest room I’ve ever stayed in.

The best place to stay in Berlin. Right next to the Hauptbahnhof so plane to hotel in less than an hour. In walking distance of all the sights and lots to see and do around the hotel. Incredible spa, free of charge. I could not recommend it more highly.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right opposite the central station, making it incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We love this hotel chain. This is the second time we have stayed with them and had a fabulous night with room service and an extremely comfortable bed. We slept for 12 hours and we needed it!
Traveling gets tiresome and one needs pampering. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! Thank you and we will stay with you again.

Across the street is Food Factory for drinks and a casual meal. The Reichstag is a 15 minute walk and Uber provided a way to get across town if you don’t want to take the efficient public transport.

Perfectly located near the train station. The Hop On Hop Off Bus also has a stop right outside the Hotel, which we used a lot, to get around town. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel. We used the self check-in and it worked flawlessly. It is conveniently located near the main train station in Berlin, so access to the entire city and country is very easy from here. It was a 10 minute walk to the Reichstag and just a few minutes more to Brandenburg Gate and the heart of Berlin. The room was very comfortable, clean and felt like it may have been recently remodeled. Zero complaints, great value for the price and would absolutely stay again!

Cleanliness in room disappointing on arrival.
Room size excellent wardrobe/cupboard space excellent. Bathroom also good size.
Unable to use the bar as too expensive, overall found hotel not good value for money.

Well located next to Berlin Hbf and a short walk to the Bundestag. Great amenities, lovely buffet breakfast all in a modern, well designed hotel. Did not get a chance to check out the gym or spa in my short stay. All in all, fantastic

This hotel is very well kept, safe area, right next to the Berlin HBF so easy access to major trains. The rooms are clean, and stunning, the cocktails at the bar are phenomenal. The room is pretty though it does have see through glass in the bathroom area plus a window when walking by that you directly can see someone showering so if that’s a concern don’t book here. But amazing overall
