The best of the five hotels we used for our holiday. The check-in was comprehensive and enthusiastic, which encouraged us to stay longer and investigate although we were only on an overnight stay. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had good facilities. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, hot food cooked to order and of good quality. Secure parking was available beneath the hotel.

My partner and I loved this hotel. From check in to check out, the staff were extremely friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had very good pressure. The room had good lighting. The room was a little warm, but it was ok with the door open (except for the huge mosquitos). Very good sized room/bed/bathroom. We were on the ground floor (room 5). The patio area was nice, we sat there and looked at the stars. Free mini bar on first day was unexpected (water/coke), and free water on checkout was unexpected as well (will definitely be recommending this place!) The laundry facilities! Out of 25 hotels we've been to in Europe on our trip, its the first to have self-service laundry, that works (Miele appliances) and is free (2 euro for detergent or BYO). Dryers took twice as long as "express" time said though. The spa facilities were great (saunas/quiet areas/pool). It would have been good if the sauna was heated up by opening time but it's summer, I guess not many people use it. Very relaxing. Would love to come here in winter. The breakfast was nice, omelettes/scrambled eggs were tasty, good selection of pastries, fruit, juices, coffee. The free car parking was very useful too. We received a summer card to use at check in, which gave us free access to a lot of things! The buses, cable cars, Kitzsteinhorn (panoramabahn, saved $$ not doing the 3k-konnection car), panoramic ferry in town, was great! Thank you! I hope to come back!

We stayed here over Christmas and just loved the area! The staff at the hotel was wonderful, they made the stay even better! Our room was beautiful and had lots of space for our family. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is an immaculate boutique style resort (but with spacious rooms). The breakfast is great and we had dinner in the hotel one night and it was delicious. Lovely spa and close to the ski lift, but what made the hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel and would recommend it.

Zell am See is such a beautiful place! The resort is ideally located and the rooms are comfortable and practical. The best part of my stay there was the very helpful staff. Special thanks to Danijela at reception who went out of her way to assist with my inquiries. She knows the area well and was very helpful. I look forward to my next stay at Elements Zell am See.

An amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and fully equipped with everything possibly needed. Great staff, breakfasts, pool and spa. Everything in the hotel was free from parking to the minibar content.

We hadn’t realized the value of the complimental Summer Cars until we discovered that it essentially gives access to all major attractions in the area, including lifts, sea cruise, museums etc. The weather can be unpredictable in Austria but the pool was warm enough on all days. We have stayed at many hotels over the years but this is probably the best place we ever spent a week.
