Friendly staff, beautiful room, and close to major highways

Hotel looks fairly new. Huge room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Great kitchen. Wide variety of hot and cold foods for breakfast. Would stay at this chain again.

This is a newer hotel and you can tell it by the cleanliness and it still smelled slightly like construction. The staff was extremely friendly, good breakfast, and coffee brewed all day long.

We were here for softball, I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Upon arrival the room had several questionable hair throughout. The breakfast was below subpar. Eggs were gone within first hour and not refilled until after we ate. Options were a couple cereal, 2 waffle makers that took 3 minutes to make each with a line of people, hashbrown patties so undercooked they could not be seperated, undercooked sausage patties, bagels, bread, and biscuits. I had to ask for more bananas as that was the only fruit and as well gone.Coffee in the lobby upon arrival was ice cold. Went to take a shower the second day and realized while in the midst the shampoo and conditioner were both empty so my husband had to run to the lobby while I sat cold in a towel waiting. There were no spare linens except one sheet. No ice available either night of our stay on our floor so had to go to the lobby. Told the desk clerk i was not happy with our stay and he just said I'm sorry and also ler me guess 4th floor for the ice machine, so they are fully aware and don't care. I said please share with your manager my concerns and he said okay but never asked for my information so it fell on unconcerned deaf ears.

The property seems to be pretty new. There wasn't anything broken or tore up in the halls or room. The cleanliness seemed good but some things were overlooked like the corners of the bathroom and the shower. We didn't use the fridge but i did look inside and they looked like they could use a wipe down. Overall though we were pretty happy with our stay.

This hotel would have been a 5 if it werent for the leak in the bathroom. Ceiling was wet and wall paper peeling in the bathroom, did not notice this upon arriving and had unpacked and gotten family settled by the time we noticed. everytime the room above showered or flushed a toilet you could hear the water flowing in the pipes and walls! dripping constant. Beautiful, new hotel, with great customer service but a shame this is visible and people are being booked into rooms like this. There is no way the cleaning people or previous visitors did not see this and able to report it. We were told it was new construction and they are having construction issues. Given the location and overall hotel it was nice and definitely a good choice, just do a complete check of the room prior to unpacking and settling. Also, the interstate being close was not heard in the room, however guests were VERY loud in the hallways and jumping on the floor above us until well after midnight. They need signs up like other Home2 Suites stating "quiet hours'

Front desk staff was prompt and friendly

As a guest at Home 2 Suites in Indianapolis on July 6, 2024, I was disappointed with the 3 AM check-in experience and the lack of approval for a late check-out. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, I was informed that no guests were authorized for a late check-out. This lack of flexibility and communication regarding check-out times made my stay less than satisfactory. I hope the hotel can improve its policies and communication in the future to provide a better experience for all guests.

What an amazing stay! Thank you for the best staff, room cleanliness, breakfast options, and experience. You do need a business area and a working printer.

I have not received the 25 dollar per day deposit back yet.

Nice area and not to far from downtown

Very clean! Tons of storage! Spacious shower with glass door! Accommodating and friendly staff! Our son has a food allergy and they were so kind and looked into the ingredients for us. They also had a new waffle recipe that did not have dairy in it. The front desk gentleman was so kind and friendly when we checked in and was still this way at 6:00 am. The lady running the kitchen Thursday morning was amazing as well. The rooms are so clean. There’s tons of space for your belongings so you don’t have to put ANYTHING on the floor!!! We do not travel light so this was great for us. They have all the necessities for showering, hand washing, etc that you’ll need. The kitchen area was perfect! Our son never goes on vacation without bringing his Xbox and a small tv and there was plenty of room for us to set it up on a the counter. There was another table to use for games or eating. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! It felt better than home!!! Love this place!

Brand-new location on the outskirts of Indianapolis. As with other Home2 Suites hotels, the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, and this location in particular was very clean. Breakfast was not good at all though. They seemed to run out of food well before the allotted breakfast time was over and the coffee was among the weakest I've had at any hotel. Other minor gripes include a small bathroom, VERY bright blinking LED on my room's smoke detector, and thin walls. It's a decent location I suppose but fell short of my expectations. It just seemed "cheap" in every aspect and not up to par with other Home2 I've stayed at.

Check in quick and easy. Staff very nice. Room was clean and beds super comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area!

Spacious room in a newer hotel.

This hotel was great. Clean, comfy beds. Full kitchen, nice looking property. Great parking. Only thing I'd say is I wish the breakfast was bigger. But it was still a nice breakfast.

Very family friendly!

Everything was above and beyond expectations. The rooms were clean, the lobby was beautiful, and the outside common area was amazing.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel due to being awoken 2 nights in a row after midnight by squealing tire and engine noises from giant trucks doing donuts in the parking lot. Moreover, even after that, the hotel did not respond adequately to the problem (the night manager never forwarded my request for a rebate to her manager as promised; when I eventually did talk to a manager 4 days later, she said the hotel couldn't prevent the parking lot noises until guests complained about them, which is not true and is not good customer service. (You can install cameras and noise monitors to check for monster trucks doing donuts in your parking lot, rather than wait for guests to have their sleep interrupted!). Breakfast was good and cleaning staff was great, but watch out for the truck (and highway) noises and non-responsive customer service. (PS: I called down to the front desk to complain about the truck noises on the second night and was STILL woken up again later at 2am by the same problem.)

This is a new update and modern aesthetics. The overall room is comfortable from relaxing to sleeping. It's well lit and clean.

Loved the size of the room and the cleanliness. Breakfast was great too!

Nice place to stay and check out time is great.

This place was amazing and having a Tesla charger on premises was a perk.
