2 bedrooms upstairs, one king with ensuite master bath and outdoor shower, the other with queen and bathroom across the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional sleeping quarters in playroom downstairs (XL twin over queen bunk bed) but note no bathroom down there. All mattresses are firm memory foam with hotel grade linens.
