Problems gaining access & contacting owners but once in they were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and had all you could need except shower gel. Bathroom was very small but room others was fine.

The guest house is two houses next to each other. The room was lovely and clean with a tea/coffee tray and a wee fridge. It is on a main road with traffic, which did not worry me. Parking off road in front. Breakfast provided good continental and cooked options. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

All good here, a bit noisy traffic wise but I did remove the secondary glazing to have the window open! Excellent breakfast and on-site parking was ideal.

On a busy main road so didn't get a great sleep due to noise of traffic even though I put up the extra layer on window which I assumed was to dull the sound. My bed had a bit of a dent in middle of mattress and being a single I was quite uncomfortable. On a plus it was a cosy wee room , warm and clean. Breakfast was very nice.
