We loved the flat. It was spacious, bright and well equipped. Everything was super clean and easy to access. The view from the balcony is lovely. Common parking spaces are available. Ida is super nice and welcoming. She made sure we’re okay all the time and was really easy to communicate with.

The Wifi is barely existent. If you’re planning on remote working, you’re not in the right place.

The property is super clean. Ida was very helpful and welcoming. It’s a cozy space in a very typical house in this region. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The Wifi is terribly slow and with no reception in the ground floor appartment, it’s hard to keep in touch with others.

Quite a long and steep walk from Bellagio centre and Lake, but fine if you are fit

Very clean, nice and modern and lots of facilities. The owners are amazing and so friendly and happy to help with anything you need.

The location is further outside of the centre of Bellagio and a bit of a tricky walk up a steep hill in the heat to get back. Would recommend hiring a car as public transport isn’t the most reliable and taxi’s are scarce.

The property is a beautiful space, with lovely decor and furnishings.

It was a little further from Bellagio than I originally thought, but it was easy enough to walk there. Taxi’s in bellagio are very difficult to come across.

Nicely appointed apartment with balcony and with a welcome gift (bottle of prosecco and locally made cookies) that was a nice touch. Very clean and spacious apartment with a very comfortable bed. Would certainly recommend and return in the future.

A little further away from Bellagio than we had anticipated when we made the booking, but it was easy to drive nearer to the town, park the car there and then continue on foot.

there is nothing to not like about the property, it’s a bit of a walk from Bellagio centre but it’s way to get Great Lake views and walk past the quirky Bellagio lanes you wouldn’t see if you were staying in the centre.

The location of apartment.was very far from Bellagio, would recommend that if you use this apartment that you have transport.

The property is exceptionally clean, very comfortable and perfectly decorated. It is a relaxing place to be and in a quiet location outside of the pace of Bellagio’s central area. There is a very nice and very large private garden area that overlooks Menaggio and Varenna. We spent our evenings there and did the 25-30 walks to and from Bellagio every day. The entire building is great, the elevator is convenient to move bags. Air Conditioning was nice to have. We liked the location because we wanted a more “local” feel and not a hotel in a resort. The owner is very sweet and we enjoyed our visit with her. Ida, the manager, is excellent and efficient and a great communicator who even would check in with us. A great place to take a break and slow down. We would stay again without hesitation. Bring your walking shoes. If you are not the type to like walking from neighborhood to neighborhood, this may not be your place. We did have a car.

Don’t plan a “work trip” from this property. Go there to not work. There is wifi, but the speed would be too slow to be efficient. I managed running a business for a few days by using technology that didn’t require high speed streaming. Calls, emails, texts all fine.

Nice place if you enjoy living at some distance from a crowded city. Activities and sights are easily reachable by bike or a car. Walking from the city up to the apartment is good for those seeking some extra training! The 1st floor apartment was nice, clean and well-equipped. The host was very kind and helpful.

This apartment was fantastic. Very big and perfectly equipped and decorated. Very friendly service from the caretaker and really helpful owner. We would come back any time.

The flat is located in a very quiet location, away from the crowds. It is very nicely decorated. The guest is very friendly and will not hesitate to spend time with you to explain the things to do around.
